Refund Policy for Zappilo

At Zappilo, operated by AOS WORLD AI APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES, we strive to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with our software and related services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which payments made to Zappilo may be refunded.
1. General Policy
All purchases and subscriptions made through Zappilo are final. However, we understand that certain situations may require refunds, and we review such requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be approved under the following conditions:
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- You were charged but did not receive access to the Zappilo services due to a verified technical issue on our side.
- You cancelled a paid plan before using any part of the service and requested a refund within 7 calendar days of the payment.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have used or accessed the paid features or services.
- You failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- You request a refund due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction after using the service.
- Any third-party integrations or add-ons not functioning due to external API issues.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact our billing team via email at billing@zappilo.com within 7 days of the original transaction.
Your refund request must include:
- Full name and company name (if applicable)
- Registered email address
- Transaction reference number
- Reason for requesting a refund
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only (credit card, debit card, or bank account used for payment).
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your active subscription at any time from your Zappilo dashboard.
- Once cancelled, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days within the subscription period.
6. Policy Changes
Zappilo reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
