Google User Data Access
Zappilo uses Google Calendar API to allow users to connect their Google accounts and manage calendar events within Zappilo. When you connect your Google account, we access and use the following information:
View your Google Calendar list and events
Create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf
Access free/busy information to display your availability
We do not access your Gmail, Contacts, Drive, or any other Google services. Zappilo only requests the minimum scopes required to provide calendar synchronization and event management functionality.
Use of Google User Data
The data accessed from your Google account is used solely for enabling calendar sync and related event functionality within your Zappilo account. Zappilo does not share, sell, or display your Google Calendar data publicly. All synchronization happens securely through Google’s official APIs using OAuth 2.0 authorization.
Data Retention and Deletion
Zappilo stores your Google account’s access and refresh tokens securely to maintain calendar connectivity.
If you disconnect your Google account from Zappilo, all related tokens and event data are permanently deleted from our servers.
You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@zappilo.com .
Zappilo does not store or retain your Google Calendar data after disconnection or account deletion.
